BB is a maniac, he will spite 3-bet with hands like A2s, or KJ. I thought about capping considering who BB is, but I chose not to because I was out of position. Does anyone cap here?

I would check the river. Any pair beats you. If it comes back with a bet and a calller I'd probably fold unless the 1 caller is your maniac.

As for pre-flop, I would cap if I thought at least 1 of the remaining 2 to act might fold.

One of the two remaining.... in this scenario I didn't have enough experiance with the other two players, except to know that many at this table will cold call 2 bets pre-flop (my kind of table!).
