The river action is the BB bets 80 cents. How did I play it so far? Easy fold on the river?

A fold on the river is in order here, it very likely he has an A or Q.

On the turn though I would consider betting .30 and fold to a checkraise, even a min-checkraise. This enables you to buy a showdown, and prevents him bluffing you out.

fire the turn, fold to a raise, but if no raise, check the river and then its decision time

the way you played it a slowplayed Q, diamonds, and outside straight draw all got there

seems like a fairly easy fold with no reads to the contrary
