why didn't billyguy get banned?

why did billguy not get banned the first time it happended with flat top and he probably didn't get banned when it happened again with playboy. It seems vey suspicious of paradise!

In all probability he did get banned. Billguy played against flattop and playboy on april 12.

... if paradise is so keen on being seen to do the right thing why don't they give better explanations to the ones they ban, or take an opportunity like this to give a full explanation to the world at large?


you can argue that a business doesn't have to explain its actions, but without a platform like twoplustwo, we would not even have heard about the occurrences - so it is difficult to accept that they did it to demonstrate their high ethics to their other players, or even watching government departments

Billyguy probably did get banned.


There was only about 10 minutes between Billyguy's games with Flat Top and his games with Playboy, both on April 11th. Paradise closed Flat Top's account the following day, April 12th, and I am not sure what day they closed Playboy's.

I think it is clear that Paradise did not think they had enough evidence of illegal or unethical conduct against either Flat Top or Playboy to justify keeping all or some of their funds.


They probably only suspected something was going on, and since they could not prove it, they do not want to publicly say what they suspected. Publicly stating a suspicion that you cannot prove is libel in many countries.


There is no evidence that either Flat Top or Playboy were involved in any illegal schemes, but information on exactly why their accounts were closed would be very valuable to someone planning some illegal scheme on Paradise, so Paradise may not want to disclose it for that reason.
