It seems okay to me. I'd probably bet again on the turn if it hadn't placed a second overcard on the board (and also handed me a gutshot I want to try to hit). Anyone chasing a gutshot did just hit it or make a pair.

After your show of weakness on the turn, I suppose a worse hand might call on the river. But anyone who can't beat QQ should be worried with that board versus a PFR. I guess maybe a bet might push out a hand like KJ. I have my doubts, but I play 2/4 and don't know about 5/10. Also, your turn check does sort of invite someone to make a play and checkraise once you bet the river, but even if it is a play, that checkraise would still likely be coming from a better hand, I think.
