Knowing a little bit about the reraiser would be helpful as would the approximate stack sizes of the other opponents. Assuming 4500 still leaves you above the other 3 players, I'd probably fold, as you will easily be able to steal some blinds and work the stack back up. But depending on how relevant the prize $ is to you (and your opponent) I might have to change my mind.

How weak is the table? How top heavy are the payouts? Any read? Are there any really small stacks? Any read on the pusher?

Without the answers to these questions, its pretty hard to give an answer.
