Why did you call the turn only to fold the river? That two changed nothing.

I put this guy on Ax, so I wanted to see how hard he pushed, on the river I figured he had the A for sure, how bad a fold was it?

If MP wasn't a very tricky player who had a good read on you, I'd say you were surely beaten and were right to give it up.
Maybe you could have bet more on the flop? $10 is basically 1/2 the pot. If you bet $20 that would have to say to your opponents that you have a big Ace. If they called $20 on the flop, I'd go into check and fold mode.
