Moving to Party, PT setup.

Well I finally built my bankroll up to $500 on PokerRoom. I'm about to move over to PartyPoker now (which I should've been at the whole time I know) playing $25 NL. My question is, I've bought PokerTracker and have it installed on my computer, but I don't have the slightest clue what I need to do to configure it to run optimally. Do I need to change the criteria how it auto-rates my opponents? Will it recognize my name on Party, if not how do I put my name in? What do I need to do to have PT working the way it should?

Hope someone can at least link me somewhere nice, thanks and see you at Party!
