Double-Dipping on BONUSJAN?

The official time window to take advantage of BONUSJAN is your first deposit between 1/21 and 1/26. Has anyone who took advantage of the bonus before 1/21 tried to see if it works on your first post 1/21 deposit as well?

I'm 800 hands into the 1400 needed to clear it so I don't want to try until I've cleared the first one.

I doubt it will work. It is pretty normal for a bonus to start on a specific day but work before that day. The restriction is on the code, not the dates.
