Fold. SB likely has the allin player covered. Even if he's just betting a flush draw, his ace high might be good. It's pretty unlikely that you manage to beat the allin player and SB doesn't. On the other hand it's quite likely for the short stack to make an ace or king, flush, straight etc and beat SB while you lose to SB's queen. Finally, the blinds are up on the short stack this round so even if he manages to win here, he'll be forced allin again in the blinds.

Fold, you only have MP and no matter what (ie he doesnt have a Q or overpair) your hand is in bad shape going to the river against overcards and a draw. If you fold and SS doubles you are still in decent shape.
