1) reraise higher then you did. Then, you'll be heads up with the other 4. Then your question is... are they playing suited connectors or do A-4?
2) When the second queen hit, you're more then likely just throwing away money. 95% of the time, one of those two has a Queen.

My guess is CO had the queen and Button and Hero both had 4s. Yes, try to get it heads-up on the flop.
