Is this monitor a good value or cheap??? thanks

I am looking to upgrade to a 19 inch LCD monitor and Walmart offers one for $299 which is a cheap price for this. Are these specs good for this type of monitor thanks:
500:1 contrast ratio
250 cd brightness
1280 X 1024 resolution
0.296 pixel pitch
50,000 hour lamp life. Thanks I am looking to upgrade too see 4 tables at once will this do the trick. Oh yeah the brand name is Balance.

Not true - check the deal for the Dell 2001 FP a few threads down...20" and 1600 x 1200 for under $600.
