Off hand I'd say raise at a tight table, or a very loose table. Call at a just normally loose table (of the kind typical at Party 2/4).

That said, I doubt there is much difference in expectation one way or the other.

I raise every time. For me, KJs is always a raise if no one has raised before me, regardless of position.

Just play it by the book unless somebody can give a good reason to justify playing otherwise. The difference in EV between calling and raising is probably small... just don't fold. /images/graemlins/smile.gif
