Was playing a £20 SnG at Interpoker and made it to the final three and the blinds had reached 500/1000.

I have 2900 in big blind, button has 4000 and sb 3000.
They don't seem to understand all-in pot odds and such but aren't completely stupid either.

Sb raises to 2000.
I look at my cards and see 74o
What do you do here? I can se arguments for both folding, calling stop and go, all-in.

Fold: I have a real crap hand. pushing the next hand could get the other person to fold.
Call and bet if the flop hits me in any way: I have enough pot odds to do this
Stop and Go: the opponent may fold...
Raise all-in: This is at least chip EV positive

My thoughts at the time was: !"#¤"#¤... ...Let's GAMBLE!!!

if you have 2900 after posting, fold and go all in next hand any 2 pretty much. if you have 2900 BEFORE posting, its auto call time.

I had 1900 after posting. So what about just calling and folding if the flop doesn't hit?
