Final Pot: $4

The preflop raise was probably a little loose, but I don't really want comments on that. On the flop, I want to pick the pot up right there. On the turn, I throw out a small bet to see what I'm up against, maybe I'll pick the pot up.

Did I play this alright?

Not good. The problem with raising shitty hands like this preflop when youre out of position is that YOU HAVE TO PLAY THE REST OF THE HAND OUT OF POSITION.

(On a side note the flop is real good)

Awful bet on the turn. Throw out at least $1.5 or check. The 1/10 pot bet will neither pick up the pot for you or gain you much, if any, information.

I prefer actually typing in the chat room "my hand is weak, take this pot away from me" rather than betting 35 cents on the turn. It does less of a job defining your hand... and saves you 35 cents.

Yeah I gotta admit...that turn bet sucked.
