I need help

Yeah, I know what you're thinking. We'll discuss that in some other thread some other time. As for right now, I want to change my avatar and I have no idea how to go about doing that. illunious did it for me the first time and I wasn't really paying attention how. Can one of you walk me through this. I'm pretty sure I need an image host but I do not currently have one. So, if I'm correct about that; that's where I need you to start.

If your image is hosted online, just paste the url of the image in the URL section of the Personal information section of my home, and submit.
