2+2 Tourney Problem

My tournament is listed as completed for some reason and it isn't even 10 o'clock.

They have created new tables which apparently start at 11pm EDT. I assume we will just start then (those that were locked out).

Everyone who was left out due to this same problem will play at 11pm.
