Collusion and Bot Detection?

When playing online, are there any good ways to detect whether a bot is seated at your table? How could I detect collusion by other human players? Is there any software (similar to the odds calculators out there) that will automatically detect collusion or bots?

The site will do an infinitely better job of spotting collusion than you ever could. Keep in mind, they have access to everyone's hole cards, even if they folded before showdown. In addition, they have access to every HH a player has ever played. I'm not positive, but I think it would be hard to collude for more than a session or two without being burned.

As for bots, I wouldn't worry too much. Just play better than them.
