It took me until I realized you can jump diagonally to get it. Now I can do it every time though.

Basically, cross every border once with one continuous line.

WARNING: The solution is ghetto because they only allow one pattern to complete it, even though you can make minor changes and still have everything work (ie even though it's a mirror image, if you try to do "their" solution flipped it won't work, or if you invert two steps like I did, it won't work)

It looks perfectly valid to me. You figured out the go up trick that most people never get. The thing is though, even though it marks that border orange, it technically doesn't count it I guess, but it will nail you if you try to cross it again. There is only one pattern where you can go up that way, not have it count the border as crossed, and then cross it.

My "incorrect" solution looked a lot like that.
