Ridiculous: Smoked Kobe Beef

My Boss' husband made this absolutely absurd smoked Kobe beef brisket with wood chips from Washington state.

I have had lots of BBQ in my (short) life, but this was by far the best -- I have a new hobby to aspire to. Beats the hell out of micro-brew.

Someone barbequed KOBE BEEF? BBQ is usually done with the cheap cuts of meat; I am not sure anything from a Kobe cow counts as cheap!
