sfer's question here got me thinking about this...i'd certainly be interested to see what other people have to say. If these choices do not accurately enough represent any stance you have, please reply & elaborate!

i like it, don't love it. but i probably would if it went away because it pays well and it's ridiculously casual/easy.

My job sucks so bad that sometimes I want to do cartwheels. Cartwheels and more cartwheels until it all just fades away.

That's an interesting approach.

True, but it's not rocket science.

(Maybe I should just let it go. But I can't.)

love my occupation. hate my job. the employer makes all the difference.

some days my job is the nuts, some days it's hell. Recently... hell. Overall, I am pretty unsatisfied with it, but it does afford me lots of free time, which lately seems more like a curse than a blessing.

I would much rather sit on my ass and eat cheezballs and play guitar and poker and ultimate frisbee all day. but, given that I have to have a job, I enjoy the work I do relative to what else I could be doing.

I enjoy my job. I am well compensated based upon where I live and my educational background. Additionally, I am afforded many freedoms at my current job that allow me to be a good father/family man. I probably don't have any promotional opportunities, as I am "2nd in command" and my boss is only 7 years older than me, but I am content with that fact.

I have a job that's really tolerable, and i enjoy working in general, but i do have better things to do with my time, if i didn't need the money and free rent (I'm a building super)

I also have another, very rewarding job that i'd do for free. (i teach skiing for kids)

on the whole? it's not like i have a choice. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

Uhm... My job is being a student, and it is GREAT. I mean, the whole "learning" part sucks, as does the "homework," but everything else (Read: girls, drinking, poker, etc.) is SWEET.

I'm the same as astro. I would much rather do music fulltime, but only on my own terms, which is pretty tough to pull off.
