Moved up to 50PL

I've been playing the 25PL for well over a year and I've been a consistent winner over about a 30k hand stretch. I've tried moving up to 50PL but for some reason I get killed. So, I'm going to start posting a lot of 50PL hands for you guys to rip apart. Some might be totally routine but in general I just want an idea if I'm playing them right. Here goes...

On this hand I just wanted to know if I'm too tight by not limping JQ.

Did someone take this pot down with less than top pair and you are kicking yourself for not calling preflop?

The preflop laydown is marginal. I think I would call, but generally, you can't stand too much preflop action (if any), and you want to hit something like two pair, straight, or a straight draw and get odds to draw to it.

Unfortunetly I didn't get to see what the cards were since there was no showdown. I'm not kicking myself because once my cards go in the muck I consider it done. Just in general though JQ with some limpers seems like something I should call.
