This guy was a complete maniac, in every pot and shoving the entire table around with constant hammering and a short spurt of luck. His betting seemed to be in sync with his hand most of the time, though.

You're getting too aggressive and you're fighting over small pots. Fold to the overbet on the flop. Wait until you're in a better position to punish him. If he wants to bluff let him, but later on, let him bluff at you when you've got the nuts.

Okay, this was just what I was wondering.

This guy is super aggressive so you don't have to worry about him not paying you off if you hit. Just call his raise preflop and see if you hit the flop. If you hit, then let him bet into you. If you miss, fold.
