This is from a 5-handed home game I played in last night. Villain is slightly too loose preflop, straightforward and slightly too passive postflop. BB is very loose preflop. Comments on all streets appreciated.

Hero has K /images/graemlins/club.gif T /images/graemlins/heart.gif in SB.
UTG folds, Villain calls, Button calls, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop (4 SB): T /images/graemlins/diamond.gif 8 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif 2 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif
Hero checks, BB checks, Villain bets, Button folds, Hero calls, BB folds.

I wanted to wait for a safe turn card to raise.

Turn (3 BB): K /images/graemlins/spade.gif [T /images/graemlins/diamond.gif 8 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif 2 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif]
Hero checks, Villain bets, Hero raises, Villain 3-bets, Hero calls.

River (9 BB): 5 /images/graemlins/club.gif [K /images/graemlins/spade.gif T /images/graemlins/diamond.gif 8 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif 2 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif]
Hero checks, Villain bets, Hero calls.

On that board I want to bet and see where I'm at. Everyone checking it through would be a disaster since you said villian is was passive. I'd bet the flop, bet the turn and if raised on the turn call down.
