BB calls $113.15 (All-In), Hero ???

Obviously if villain has a set of a flush, then I'm about a 70/30 dog, smaller dog if he has 2 pair, and it's roughly a toss up if he has a pair with a heart or an overpair (not aces). Wow, I didn't think it was quite that bad at the time...

So, was my call here just stupid or is he bluffing often enough to make the call?
If it makes a difference, I've never seen villain before, so assume he isn't a regular in this game.

I don't see how you can be better than a coinflip, this doesn't look like a bluff to me. I fold.

Against an unknown I fold everytime.

With pokertracker stats on someone, this could be a call. But there's not a lot in the pot. If his bluffing strategy is to bet 7X the pot into PFR, just wait for a made hand and pick him off.

With this size pot I have a feeling you are either behind or at a fantastic table.

As a general rule you shouldn't call in situations where you're either a very big dog or a slight favorite when not getting a great price. You don't have to be wrong very often for this to be super negative EV.

This is an easy fold. Its a 17$ pot and this is a high varience, very low EV if even + play.

Yeah, I know this was a bad call on my part.
What probably makes it worse is the result, which only serves to encourage me to make the same bad call next time.

Villain's hand: K /images/graemlins/heart.gifQ /images/graemlins/club.gif!
So, I was actually about a 10:1 favorite on the flop.

Man, watching the play on party NL is making me a worse player. Maybe that's why my winrate over my last 20k hands is less than half of what it was for the first 10k hands /images/graemlins/frown.gif
