when is your 1st time in final table?

I am nomally a mid-higher nl pro and I keep play MMT when I feel bored in nl( alway 3 nl table + 1 10/20 300+ ppl MMT) and I never make to final table, if i got pay it alway around 30-50 and I think I am a losing player in MMT around losing 1/3 buy in
anyway, how much money/time do u MMT pro have invest before u breakeven and win a big one? I think the variance is a bit high, am I right?

The variance is through the roof... however, if u keep busting out 50th or so, u might not be using proper strategy... towards the middle and end, u hafta open up your game... you can't wait for a hand, and u hafta steal blinds + get lucky
