usb video game controller for my PC. I want to bust out some old-school NES ROM action (GUARDIAN LEGEND, BABY!), but I can't be bothered to dig out the mess that is the back of my computer to plug in the 7-year-old MS Sidewinder (the one that looks like a Genesis controller) into the game port on the back. Since I'm quite unlikely to use this thing for anything other than NES ROMs, I'd like to keep it somewhat cheap and it must be likely to be at my local Best Buy / Circuit Shitty. Lay it on me.

Put the ROMs and emulators on your modded xbox. Use the regular controller. Enjoy having every NES, SNES, Genesis, etc. game at your hands at any second. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Well, my friends uses this Saitek P880 (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00006RZ1G/qid=1106007235/sr=8-1/ref=pd_csp_1/104-6878057-5757558?v=glance&s=electronics&n=507846) controller, and he seems to like it. They make a wireless version, with rumble too if that matters: Saitek P2500 (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B000075B5V/ref=pd_bxgy_text_1/104-6878057-5757558?v=glance&s=electronics&n=507846&st=*)
