Lets say you raise on the button with ATo, the BB a semi-lag, lets say 35/9/3.5 calls, flop cames Kc9h8d, he checks, you autobet ,he raises because he knows there is a good chance I was stealing and missed, what do you do?Do you try once and a while reraise and try to make him laydown or fold his bluff?

Lets invert the situation, lets say you have 97s on the BB the button raises the SB folds and you call, the flop is Ks9c8h, should you check-raise?What if he three bets?Should you lead out call a raise then lead on the turn? What if you know he is agressive and you decide to call down but a some overcards came along the way?
Those situations are coming very often and I'm not sure how to deal with, any advice?

its OK to check the flop after raising preflop and its Ok to see a showdown v. an aggressive opponent.

If you are worried about someone bluff raising a bet, don't bet. Re: free cards- the guys you fear may bluff raise will generally bet for you, so free cards aren't a huge concern.

few check-raise the turn without at least top pair (at 5-10)

its NOT Ok to bet if you don't know what you will do if you are raised. and don't bet if your BOTH expect a raise and fear that raise.

if you are going to re-steal, its helpful to do so in a fashion similar to the way you play monsters (if against a freuqent opponent) or in a fashion you think most players in the game would play a monster BUT unless you have a specific reason to do so (i.e. your read is they are weak-tight), don't go out of your way trying to get people to fold in 6-max games, cause they won't.

its OK to make a fold, but if you have no info and are confused, err on the calling down side, but then make sure to use the info you gain to benefit you in future situations- don't just continue to call down for the sake of calling down

for whatever its worth, the rational that you should call down solely to prevent people from taking shots at you is folly- call down when appropriate, and fold where appropriate- many don't pay attention and/or switch games a lot. Call down cause its right, not for some nebulous, unquatifiable and largely de minimis meta-game consideration.

don't play scared against good players, its best IMO to have a little gamble in yah
