ignore the fact that i shouldn't have slowplayed the flop, am i right to call his river bet?

Your raise on the turn was bad, the only thing he would call with would be a jack, the only thing you should be worried about. In my opinion, you shouldn't have been in to the river after that Jack on the turn came, so no, you shouldn't call his river bet.

You're getting 4-to-1 on your money. Do you think there's a 20% chance that he's bluffing. And to help re-enforce it, don't slowplay under-trips, always a bad idea.

Don't slow play (but you said to ignore that fact, so fine.)
Once you slow play, don't raise.
Once you raise, you have to call.
