You shouldn't have said that, I was willing to pay $10,000 for that. And besides, with that unbelievably low price, I can't help but be suspicious that you'll rip me off and not send me my play chips.

Some people want to play poker simply as a hobby without risking any money. So, they play the play money games. Many people have accumulated tens of millions of play money chips and put them on the table in no-limit games.

It's a little sub-culture in the poker world.
