check-fold the flop. this type of play will lose you lots and lots of money, especially against loose passive players

Yeah, you overplayed them.

With overcards like this you have maybe 6 outs, normally you would like a chance at a redraw to continue past the flop, like a backdoor flush.

You can try to check raise the flop and get a free turn card, but here you risk a 3-bet which would be horrible.

Maybe if it get's check through you can try and semi-bluff the turn, but it's okay to let this hand go and move on.

this is wrong. check-folding the flop is the only option. anything else is completely wrong

What range of hands do you put villian on with that pre-flop three-bet with his PFR%? I don't put on AJ and am doubtful of KQ, but I put in all those other hands that dominate you or you have 3 or 6 outs too. You have no backdoor draws of any kind. I think I would fold this board post flop to his first bet. I don't have odds to draw to 2-3 outs which is about all your hand can be counted to have on the flop vs a pre-flop three-bettor's hand.
