UTG Limp Reraise

Should a good player be willing to fold all hands up to QQ from a limp reraise from a solid player UTG? Or is this play negative EV long term?

I can happily fold JJ there without even muttering to myself (Unless it looks like I can play for set value)

QQ I do fold there sometimes, not so sure about being happy about it.

I think so, and I would include QQ. But I'm not really a "good player."

Don't fold if I limp reraise there, I often limp reraise against the PartyPoker players with hands like 76s for "deception" value.
