When I raise preflop and get it headsup, I'll bet the flop 100% of the time, and 3-handed I'll bet like 95-98%. is that ok?

Yes.

Bicyclekick I think told me during our Vegas trip he noticed I check after raising PF more than anybody he's ever seen and there are certain advantages (and disadvantages) to doing so but overall I think it's an ok gameplan to basically always bet it when HU or 3-handed.

yes, your flop bet has huge odds, so even if I flop nothing I bet 100% of the time because they only have to fold usually 1 time in 4 for me to show a profit

I take it you also check-raise a large amount of the time which hopefully/often allows free turn cards? And/or you come to the life on the turn, do you feel you gain more money calling/raising turn bluffs (and percieved weak value bets)?
