Don't reraise preflop. You want the LAG to continue betting into you when you get a safe board. Now you are the one that is stuck bluffing at the pot. Betting the river is very -EV unless your opponent happens to be a huge calling station as well as a huge LAG. You've identified that your opponent bets and raises too much but your plan for the hand fails to take advantage of his weakness. You've put your opponent into a situation where it's almost impossible for him to make a mistake.

If I bet the flop I put him in a situation where he cant make a mistake. I just checked it, so he think I dont have an Ace and he will often call me down with a pair of T or J. I look like Im bluffing on the turn. On the river with his timid call and his third check of the hand I just cant put him on an Ace, and I tought he would call me again with a middle pair.

He raised preflop. I think it is much more likely that he has an A here than that he doesn't.
