I limped here, thoughts? I think, and most agreed, that I needed to raise here at a short table.

(edit: the more I think about it, the more I think I made the correct play, but shouldn't have chased.)

With a raise and a call in front of you, I personally would be gunshy about reraising here. Some of this would depend on what I know about the people involved, but it being a 2+2 tourney you can assume some degree of intelligence. Really its less the raise that is worrisome than the call. I probably would have called too, but bailed on that flop as you said.

I think PF play is ok... After that, you really didn't define your hand at all. on the flop you either need to raise or fold. If you limp with AK, you really are just hoping to hit it on the flop, otherwise, you're out.

As a fishhy ;-) I would ahve stuck it all in pre flop as well....

As per in game chat the button also stated later that he/ she held 88 and would have been usnsure what to do after this move....
