In no particular order:

George Wallace
Jeff Foxworthy
Ellen Degeneres
Sinbad
Milton Berle
Wanda Sykes
Bob Hope

I realize a couple of these are worn out old dead guys, but I just needed to seize the opportunity to include the not-funny "classic funnymen."

Chevy Chase, while an absolute TOOL, was at least sort of funny in Caddyshack and the Vacation movies.

Did you see Ellen Degeneres' special on HBO, it was pretty freaking funny.

Your other assesments are pretty good though.

edit - Wanda Sykes needs to be banned from ever talking again.

Yeah, I should have said that.

Her talk show suuuuuuuuucks, I'd much rather watch the Sharon Osborne, Tony Danza, or Wayne Brady show....

naw jk, if you watch those over Regis and Kelly you're a fool.

Wanda Sykes is very funny in that she writes half (or more) of Chris Rock's material and is hillarious on Curb Your Enthusiasm. Her stand-up is lacking.

Jeff Foxworthy is an absolutely unfunny human.

I really hate jeff foxworthy, and am generally suspicious of anyone who likes him.

Jerry Lewis
Gilbert Gottfried (sp?)

unlike a couple of posters, I thought Ellen DeGeneris's HBO special was seriously unfunny, but I think she's pretty funny generally.

Oh, and the most obvious unfunny person, so obvious it's probably not even worth mentioning : Carrot Top

I would have to say your list is right on. I would like to add George Carlin and Robin Williams to the list which I am sure will get me flamed.

More seriously a lot of these people had decent stand up routines but there other acts (movies, tv shows) were not funny at all.

David Spade and his whole schtick of being an ass in general is as tired as it gets (see the CapitalOne commercial he did as a recent reference).

Oh, absolutely. It's almost rhetorical. I mean, what's the point of mentioning Carrottop--or Pauly Shore, for that matter--in this conversation? They are definitively unfunny.

I caught Sinbad live a couple of years ago. abso-fricken-lutely hilarious. and completely clean. Ellen has her moments, and she looks pretty funny. Wanda was pretty funny on celbrity poker, but I just don't get her the rest of the time.

Foxworthy was REALLY funny when he was still kinda new. His schtick never changed, and that's what makes him less funny now. Any joke you hear over...and over...and over...is eventually gonna lose its punch.

I agree on all.

Bob Hope is probably the most famous stand-up comedian ever. A complete unfunny person. And a complete jerk. Woody Allen's favorite comedian. Go figure.

Robin Williams is brutal.

...This guy is so far below the radar, that mentioning him is perhaps a waste of time, but Tommy Davidson might be the biggest "comedic" tool ever. If he were just unfunny, that might be OK, but I actually get so uncomfortable watching him that my stomach knots.

What I find seriously not funny is that Steve Martin stopped doing stand up. That's just tragic...

I saw Wanda Sykes do some absolutely hilarious live stand-up. I've seen her on TV a few times and she has been horrible.

Gilbert Gottfired is comic genius. If you ever hear him on Howard Stern he is [censored] hysterical. The hilarity is magnified when you look at it against the backdrop of his mainstream family friendly tv and movie career, which is nothing to be proud of.

I like your list, 100% agreement on all of em. Nice to see so many others can't stand Robin Williams either.
