The Orange Bowl was the first time I ever heard her sing. How does someone who can't sing, can't dance, looks okay I guess for 14 or whatever she is, have a music career? By those standards, I can be a nuclear physicist.

Jessica Simpson was jut as unpopular among the music ranks until her show debuted. Her most recent CD flopped, and Jessica was still way behind the likes of Britney, Christina, Mandy, etc. Then she gets on the Newlyweds show and her CD sells like hotcakes.

Of course, her sister rides the gravy train thanks to their producer dad, gets her own damn show on MTV too (sheesh) and rides that to big sales on her debut CD.

Of course, we all now know she sucks. What's better is that even after her SNL gaffe and the shite Orange Bowl performance, they're still showing a second season of the Ashlee Simpson show.

Sad, really.

Don't forget her role on TV show 7th Heaven. She's a blonde so you might not recognize her. But I do like her in grungy clothes and not the glam that all other ones wear.

I dont get what the big deal about her SNL lip sync was about. They all [censored] lip sync anymore. Hell, most of them even admit it. You cant perform a dance ruitine and sing at the same time and have it sound good. Her SNL thing was jus the media trying to make something out of nothing, cuz thats what they do.
