I knew I had a receding hairline but last night I walked into a corner store with a security monitor on the front counter. The camera exposed the back of my head and its official...im bald. /images/graemlins/frown.gif

Can anyone relate?

Thankfully no.

All is not lost however, thanks to modern technology we have Millefolium magic spray action hair (http://www.millefolium.com/)

This could be you

Fellow baldy here. You can go one of two ways. You can get the Rogaine and grow some peach fuzz, get a lame ass toupee wig, wear a hat or go with the flip. I've even had a haircutter person try to talk me into the flip. The Hair Club for Men is another option but they all look fake to me. Or you can just be a man about it and stop trying to hide it. Keep your hair short so you don't look like bozo the clown and wear a hat or sunscreen so you don't burn the top of your head in the sun.

you can always shave your head or clip it really short. it's not in the genes for me but i honestly don't think i'd care, but my hair has been 1/4 inch for years and years.

People really don't understand how crappy it feels until it begins to happen. Depending on how far along you are, if its still beginning, Propecia can stop the losing, but won't grow much. A dermatologist has to prescribe it for you. It works great.

Oh yeah. Two places it gets rubbed in your face. Store security monitors, and when your hair cutting person shows you the back of your head with that handheld mirror for your approval after a haircut.

It actually doesn't bother me much. It's not like it doesn't happen to a lot of guys. Builds character.

Some comedian (can't remember who) has a great bit about the captain on Star Trek: The Next Generation being bald, proving that in the future we'll master interplanetary travel and still not have a cure for baldness.

I'm thinning on the top on the sides and have found that the shorter I keep my hair the better it looks. I've gone buzzed (not like straight razor shaved, but close) and looked fine, so I'll always have that option.

We (the guys with hair) have a cure. But why would we give it to you? It's more fun to rather laugh at you. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

I am 23 and have a slight bald spot in the back of my head and a receding hairline in front. Its not quite that bad yet though but it runs in the family so I can live with it. I just keep my hair cut pretty short. I tried using some shampoo to make my hair look thicker and I ended up in the ER with a bad allergic reaction so I think I will stay away from that stuff lol.
