Looks like you overplayed a weak hand on the expensive streets before you really understood where you were at. You also opened yourself up to a nasty 3-bet on the turn which you should probably fold to against most players. I prefer a standard flop raise and call down if he 3-bets (otherwise lead out until raised)...tough hand to play either way.
