These hands occured in reverse order, MP1 seemed to be pretty tight for the short time I was at the table.

May I ask what you are doing in hand #2? A tight player raises you on the flop and you check raise him on the turn with ace high? I'm check/folding the turn. Bet the flop in hand 1 and take it from there.

thanks for the response. I did not feel good about it. I think I was getting cocky after a several wins in a row. But I also thought someone might think it was at least close to being a decent, aggresive play at a big pot. I do agree with your analysis though.

I don't think i really put the villain on an image until after that hand. I listed them in reverse order.

now that i had a chance look at it again, you are really right, that was a total screw up. I guess i didn't realize he raised the flop. No chance of bluffing him there /images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Definitely bet the flop in hand 1, bet the turn as well.

So bet into an ace with KK on most ocassions? Should I just assume no ace until I get raised?
