OT: How do I get the SNG hand histories from UB?

Guess the subject says it all.

You click the "customer support" button on the left.

Click on the "Support" button on that page.

Type in the box:

I would like the HH for:
Tournaments: ##########

Send it. They usually send it back within an hour or two. They usually send them in an excel spreadsheet. Hope this helps.

There is also a free utility that will automatically grab the hands from the hand history window as you go and save it in a text file for you.
