Villian is loose passive, basically a calling station. Let me know how I played this one out...

Turn: (4.50 BB) 2/images/graemlins/spade.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>

This was probably a really bad play, but I put him on a small pocket pair like 3s. He came alive on the river on a hand before. He raised with pocket 5s on the river, when the board looked pretty scary.

I just call the river raise. A lot of opponents will wait until the river with the case jack.

Yeah just call the river raise; the hand is fine up till then as loose-passives will call down this flop w/any PP and possibly A-high and probably chase any overcards. Most loose-passives won't raise this river often unless they have you beat (or split pot at best). However your description of Villain as loose-passive doesn't fit w/your description of Villain action's on the hand from before.

I might even check/call the river here. Certainly do not make it 3-bets. You will only get called or capped by a better hand.
