Flop bet is standard, wondering about the turn bet.

I'd check/call.

Your hand isn't best at the moment, the chance of all three opponents folding is slim at best, and you don't have enough callers to make it a pot equity/value bet type of deal. Plus getting raised and/or isolated kinda blows.
