It's okay but this play can backfire if the BB will make it 3-bets. I tend to not try for free cards with straight draws because it is hard to see a made straight (it is easy to see a made flush, and ppl will slowdown when a 3-flush is on board). In this case, people will slowdown if a T/5 hits so going for the free one isn't bad unless BB will 3-bet it.

Not limping preflop = bad times.

I also thought my raise had value since I'm about ~35% to hit a straight or better with 4 opponents.

Well yeah but if the BB 3-bets and they all fold, then you get little value and have to play HU with 8 outs.

I like the raise, and I like the turn check. If the raise on its own is +EV, it can only be marginally so, since sometimes another nine will be out there, but buying the free card is easily +EV and it will work out a high % of the time at low limit games.
