your title implies that you won.

i raise this river 100% of the time against an relatively unknown player. its 2 pair more often than a flush.

It sure reads like a stop n go with the UTG holding QXs or even a flush. If he made the flush you would think he might check the river and raise your bet.

So, I think he has either made a pair of Qs or has two pair. I would raise and call a re-raise. He could think 2 pair has you beat or the Q has you beat.

Calling certainly has it's benefits in that you aren't risking a re-raise, but I think that's a bit too weak here.
