I don't play 15/30, but I'm curious as to what you were trying to accomplish w/the turn raise.

I've never played 15/30, but I'll take a stab at this.

PF: I limp here. I want lots of customers to come in behind me.

Flop: I HATE just calling, but I think it is better than rasing or folding here, as IMO you are behind and drawing.

Turn: Why the raise? To shut out button and BB I suppose. OK. I get it. I think. I guess once you call the flop, you are committed to this move on the turn.

River. That card sucked. Are you good here 1 in 23? I dunno.

This hand is confusing. I guess the only "mistake" IMHO is not limping pf, and that is not major.

Yeah, I limp preflop--the smaller pot may change the whole hand. As you raised pf, I like how you played the rest, but I think I call the river, the pot is just so big..., actually what about raising the river, hoping everyone else folds and that MP1 is FOS and folding to a 3-bet? I dunno...

How many limpers do you need to make this a definite raise?

I didn't call the river because UTG was definitely calling... i thought the chances that I beat two hands there were very slim, but yes, the pot is frikkin huge. And to begin with, I didn't know if I should raise the turn or not because I was pretty sure I was behind to UTG.

I disagree with most on limping preflop. You already have 3 callers ahead of you that will call your raise. Only 2 to act behind you... I would raise and try to get last to act position. But this could be a leak of mine.

On the river I have to call this bet, but I could be throwing money away. The pot is huge.
