You have to bet that turn, I'd also probably 3-bet pre-flop.

1) Definitely raise pre-flop or fold. Cold Call worst.

2) Flop Good

3) Bet the turn, giving a free card is inviting disaster.

4) Hard to figure on the river. Without the turn bet, I would probably call here. Since there isn't any action to define any hands, it is difficult to figure what anyone is doing.

I don't know how you can put anyone on anything in this case, I think the key thing is to increase your aggression and see how much they like their hands.

Bet the turn, raise the river, call a 3bet. I find a lot of people like to bluff on the river after the turn gets checked through when they have overcards and such. I would not be surprised to see UTG+1 turn over AK here.

I think you put yourself in a tough spot on the river by showing weakness on the turn.

Raise or fold PF, not enough cold callers to make calling profitable.
Bet the turn, fold to a check-raise.
Call the river bet if bet into.
