I have been playing seriously for about 1 year, mainly multi-tabling full limit games. I have been playing short handed more lately, and I am hoping to tackle it. I just finished 20k hands (i've played more short handed online, but these are the hands I have in PT) - any suggestions? I have started reviewing my hand histories in pokertracker and am posting problem hands.
Hands - 20,010
BB/100 - 1.48
VP$IP - 19.03%
PFR - 12.45%
Went to SD 53.02%
VP$ from SB - 25.18%
Folded SB to ST - 88.20%
Folded BB to ST - 74.19%
Att to steal - 20.38%
Won $ WSF - 35.90%
Won $ at SD- 53.02%
Preflop aggresion - 1.47
Flop aggression - 2.85
Turn aggresion - 2.68
River aggresion - 1.51
Let me know if any other stats are needed. I understand this is a small sample size.
Raise more, steal more, defend more, play more aggro.
Your went to showdown is insanely high, mine is low 30s, I´m pretty sure its too low, but I´m also pretty sure urs is way too high.
Telling how many players are on your tables on avg will help too I guess.
Thats about it, pretty vague, but stuff to think about.

I'll tell you what everyone else is going to tell you -- play more hands in general, and especially from the SB and BB. And raise pf more. Aggression numbers are fine.

My standard question - what are your 6 position stats? Many who come to SH from full tables do not adjust their button play sufficiently. You should probably increase VP$IP - especially when in good position.
Unlike many posters, I find you too aggressive post flop for the Party 1/2 game. Aggression helps in several ways - one is to drive out weak draws. You rarely drive out weak draws in Party 1/2.
You cannot assume anything about your opponents starting requirements - because they have almost none. I played this morning at a table with 2 players having VP$IP > 70! Lost to a 52 offsuit - which saw a preflop raise. Good news - you almost always win big at these tables (I did) because they rarely hit.
I am aggressive when I think I have the best hand, but a bit more cautious with draws. At Party 5/10 I will often bet a draw after the flop (semi-bluff), at Party 1/2 it rarely works.
Your stats are pretty darn good - but I would loosen up a bit when in position.

I think you posted your Won $ at SD % as your Went to SD %.

You are folding BB 75% if someone raises. Thast means that if I raise 4 times against you I will win 3BB (pretend there is no SB) without even having to play a hand. And the 4th hand I will sometimes win. That is: raising every time would be fine if it was HU.
Defend BB and SB more.
I really hope that your "went to showdown" is "won at showdown"?
I have VPIP 21%, so 19% is no disaster. But I guess u play tighter then me because at 10/20 people raise a lot preflop, not so often at 1/2 I guess? (u get more freeplays from BB?)
Agreesion is fine as long as you are aggressive in the right spots, cant tell from stats /images/graemlins/smile.gif

21% is acceptable (though perhaps a bit low) for 5/10, and probably okay at the aggressive 10/20 tables, but at 1/2 I can see something closer to 30% being ideal. But at least 25%.
