Axs....Turn comes ace....take the free card?

I take the free card on the turn simply because if someone check raises me with a better ace I'm commited for 3 bets if no diamond falls, and I can bet/call the river. Right move here or do I bet?

Easy turn bet. It's very likely you're ahead and if you're behind and get check-raised, you've got plenty of river outs.
