I had this page long response to that hand... then I realized, it was $1-$2 limit. At that level? Your opponent probably (in the SB) doesn't even know what he has.\

Still, thats one I would have to muck... unless this is a trick question here, telling us why $1-$2 is a complete joke, I'd say the SB has the A /images/graemlins/club.gif.

I raise the turn with the 2nd nut flush and call down if he 3-bets.

If he just calls my turn and then leads the river when the board pairs, then I make a crying call.

I would 3 bet the turn, and call down if re-raised.

No offense, but thats terrible. The second 7 is a worse card than the club turn card, IMO.
