How far do I go? Call, raise and call a 3-bet or raise and cap?

Guess I'm to weak when I'm planning call this river...

EDIT: I would never cap, that's for sure. You have to be ahead about 65% of the time, so a read would be nice.

If the BB has a five or a seven you're down. But if he's got JJ, QQ, KK or something similar you're up. Or he's trying to bluff you.

One thing is certain. He doesn't have a 7. He bet before the first 7 came on the turn. This leaves the five as the only threat. Do you think he has it? Why would he? A5?

I would call.

And most will 3-bet these PP's preflop. On the other hand I don't see many hands containing a 7 3-bet this flop (unless he's bluffing).

i think a calldown is in order.

if you raise the river and get 3-bet you are always beat here, so if you can fold, that line is okay too.

I called the river bet.

I was thinking that it was too weak but seems not. Good.

I don't think I could ever lay this down against an unknown.

You're right. That would require a super read.

Anybody seriously think a typical 1/2 player would 3-bet the flopwith quads? Come on. I bet they wouldn't even lead out.

You're probably right most 1/2 won't bet out if flopped quads. But if we're up against a player who would, it's not totally unlikely he would 3-bet when he gets raised, though. The heavy action on the other streets makes me have to wonder if this this isn't a player in the minority.
